Collaboration to improve CRISPR-based multiplexed gene editing.
Plasma treatment cleans your probe or sample surfaces and makes them more hydrophilic. This can significantly improve the quality of any coating and make filling of the probe faster and easier.
We recommend the following plasma treatment:
1. Place the probe with the blister pack into a plasma cleaner (remove the cover first).
2. Air plasma clean the FluidFM probe for 30 sec to 2 min at 18W radio frequency power ("High" - Harrick PDC 32 G).
The power and time values must be set up accordingly for every device.
