How to report a probe problem?

We would like to apologize for any problem you encounter with FluidFM probes. In case you experienced issues with one of our probes (e.g. probe leak, probe can not be filled, etc), please report the issue within 5 days to your local FluidFM distributor or - if you are a direct customer of Cytosurge - with the button below.

To assess if the issue is covered by our probe warranty, we kindly ask you to fill in this form for each issue.
Do not forget to enclose any supporting evidence (e.g. video or image).

We or our distributor will contact you as soon as possible with a solution!
