How to report a problem?

If you encounter a problem or software error, please report it to your local FluidFM distributor as soon as possible.

To resolve any issue swiftly, please send the following information to your FluidFM distributor:

  • A detailed written description of the problem

  • Include a video, screenshot or sketch of the issue

  • Include the log files

  • Include the event viewer files in case of a software crash

With this information, your distributor can either help you directly or will contact Cytosurge to efficiently solve the issue for you.
