Your Challenge
You are the main responsible to find high-quality prospects in the academic life science research, as well as pharma and biotech industry
You reach out to scientists around the world, directly or through our sales network
You are the first contact for inbound leads and follow-up by E-Mail, social media, and phone to understand the scientist’s needs and interests
You qualify leads for our experienced sales executives and work with them in a shared sales pipeline
You identify new market opportunities for Cytosurge through exchange with opinion leaders and decision-makers
Your Profile
You have a strong life science background and feel comfortable talking about CRISPR, iPSCs, cell line generation (bonus: A Ph.D. in the field)
You are good at developing strategies to prospect potential customers in existing and new markets
You enjoy communicating with scientists, ask the right questions and get to the point
You are an empathic listener who can understand the customer’s needs
You have a winning, persistent personality, are well organized, and like to get things done in a timely fashion
You are business fluent in English, spoken and written (more languages are a plus)
You already have first experiences in a commercial role with customer contact
You can work from home – a must in these times
Work eligibility in Switzerland: CH passport or passport from an EU or EFTA country
