Our company is looking for a Scientific Marketing Manager to help us further build our brand and create awareness around our FluidFM technology. By shaping and executing our Marketing strategy, you significantly contribute to making our products and services known in the market and ultimately help us to bring in valuable leads. Your Challenge
Planning, implementation and budget control of various marketing projects and campaigns incl. performance analysis to support decisions on marketing spending and strategy
Full responsibility for our website incl. design, technical and content-related maintenance, performance analysis and SEO
Support with various digital marketing activities for awareness creation and lead generation – from search engine marketing and banner advertising to newsletter campaigns and social media activities
Management and evaluation of incoming leads within our CRM
Coordination and assurance of consistent and accurate messages and branding across all communication tools and channels incl. PR management
Coordination and creation of communication and advertising material for print and online incl. support in scientific content writing
Active participation in product marketing – from implementation of market and customer feedback into marketing materials to support of product launches and coordination with partners and distributors regarding marketing activities
Organization of events and trade fair appearances
Contact person for partner and agency collaborations regarding different marketing needs
Close collaboration with our 2 existing Marketing team members to further build up our marketing capacity
Your Profile
Scientific Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Good understanding of our target market and customers within Life Science (both industry and academia)
Proven track record in digital marketing
Expertise in content and website management or graphic design is of great advantage
Natural talent and/or experience in managing simultaneously several separate projects that include internal and external stakeholders
An analytic mindset combined with strong commercial thinking capacity
Ability to transform different inputs from versatile stakeholders into common ground
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy collaborating cross-departmentally
You are comfortable working digitally in a cloud-based environment
