If you encounter a hardware problem or software error, please report the issue including the following information:

  • A detailed written description of the problem
  • Include a video, photo, screenshot or sketch of the issue
  • Include our software log files
  • Include the Windows event viewer files in case of a software crash

We or your local distributor will help you to efficiently resolve the issue.

We would like to apologize for any problem you encounter with FluidFM Probes. In case you experienced issues with one of our probes (e.g. probe leak, probe can not be filled, etc.), and to asses if your issue is covered by our probe warranty, please report the issue including the following information:

  • This form - completed for each issue
  • Please do not forget to enclose any supporting evidence (e.g. video or image)
