This webinar will introduce the FluidFM direct intra-nuclear delivery process and discuss some of the successes of this technology.
We will show you how to overcome one of the biggest challenges in gene editing: delivery of the genetic material into the nucleus. This becomes possible when using a FluidFM nanosyringe that gently pierces the nuclear envelope to deliver reagents directly into the nucleus. We will discuss what makes FluidFM technology particularly relevant when working with hard-to-transfect cells or large DNA templates, and show successful experimental results such as the generation of multi-KO monoclonal cell lines.
