Live-cell sequencing (Live-seq) is a radically different RNA-seq approach that uses
subcellular biopsies to capture the full transcriptome from living cells, directly
from within their culture dish. Just as doctors biopsy patients, we do it on
cells, then track the same cell over time!
Profiling living cells changes how we understand biology at the single-cell level, revealing not only what but why it happens: trace backward from an outcome to understand its origins, or follow cells forward to predict their fate.
Because live-seq captures the transcriptome before perturbations, each cell becomes its own control, finally revealing what drives their fate:

We've integrated the complete workflow at our headquarters and can showcase it as either a service or a solution for your lab. You can start with a pilot project in our hands, then seamlessly transition to running Live-seq independently.
