The purpose of the feasibility of biopsy collection is to ensure that biopsies can be taken from the chosen cell line with the chosen parameters without issues. It tests if the cell line and/or the chosen collection buffer are compatible with the biopsy experimental workflow. The feasibility of biopsy collection only needs to be performed once for each cell line and once for each buffer, meaning that once biopsy is confirmed to be possible in the cell line, using the desired buffer, and the parameters are known, the feasibility can be skipped and the clean biopsy collection can be carried out directly. Further additional new conditions, however (such as a new treatment drug), may require a smaller-scale feasibility analysis.
